Next Step Paradise has been fully renovated and contains all the modern conveniences you'd expect from a premium vacation rental. The owners have been hosting happy travelers since 2012 in multiple locations, and routinely receive 5-star reviews.
Stunning views of Lemon Bay can be enjoyed from almost every room in the house! You will experience the best of both worlds here at Next Step Paradise … view breathtaking sunrises from your backyard and stunning sunsets from the deeded beach access just a short walk away.
The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, an entertainment center stocked with card / board games and a large flat-screen TV. The open concept kitchen features a large island, plenty of counter space for preparing meals, a desk area stocked with note pads, pens, stapler, paper clips and note cards. The owners have stocked the kitchen with most anything you'll need to prepare meals and/or bake. The kitchen pass-through has a breakfast bar area with 2 stools. The dining area is at the far end of the large kitchen and comfortably seats 6.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed, broad water views and a cozy sitting area to curl up with a good book or just relax and enjoy the view! There is a wall mounted TV as well. There is also a private bath with a walk-in shower and plenty of closet and drawer space. Guest bedroom 1 has a full bed & twin bed along with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A full bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo is steps away. Guest bedroom 2 has a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, private bath with walk-in shower and water views! Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom.
This home is beautifully furnished throughout in a tropical-beach vibe, right down to every small detail.
Enjoy your meals outside, there is top of the line Polywood outside dining and seating furniture. The luxury heated pool overlooks the waters of Lemon Bay, has a lovely paver deck, lounge area and 2 ledge loungers.
There are 2 bikes with helmets and locks, so you may bike to restaurants, beaches and attractions … this is a great way to explore Manasota Key. Two kayaks are stored in the garage and can be launched right from the back yard ramp by the dock. The garage also has a large bin with beach supplies. There are multiple chairs, a sun canopy, a cooler and a rolling cart.
The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is a mix of full-time residents, part-timers and other vacation rental properties. We ask that you respect quiet hours, as the owners are committed to being good neighbors to all.
